Loinnir offers a fresh, modern take on Irish jewellery. Each handmade piece presents either the scenic landscapes, rich heritage and legends of Ireland.
The '1916 Stone of the Heart' ring is created using solid 9ct yellow gold. Its design is inspired by the lines of Nobel Prize winning poet WB Yeats ‘Easter 1916’: “Too long a sacrifice, Can make a stone of the heart". The design also features a textured etched detail, symbolising the bullet-pocked pillars of the General Post Office in Dublin, Ireland which was the headquarters of the Irish rebels during the 1916 Rising.
